3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, subscribing, or using our Services, you agree to:

4. Eligibility

6. Subscription Fees & Payment

- Customers agree to pay a recurring monthly fee based on the selected plan.

- Payments are due in full within 14 days of the subscription date. Failure to complete payment may result in service termination.

- Late payment may result in account suspension.

- We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days’ notice.

- Customers are responsible for any additional transaction fees imposed by their payment providers.

- If payment disputes arise, GNB Edge reserves the right to suspend services until resolution.

- No refunds are provided except under specific circumstances outlined in these Terms.

7. Term & Renewal

- Subscriptions are on a monthly basis and auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

- No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

- Refunds may be considered for service disruptions or lapses.

- Cancellations must be requested through official GNB Edge communication channels.

- Customers who cancel their subscription may lose access to data and platform features immediately upon termination.

8. Intellectual Property

- All tools and systems provided by GNB Edge remain our intellectual property.

- Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

- Customers may not resell, lease, or sublicense any portion of the Services without written consent from GNB Edge.

- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by Customers may be used by GNB Edge without obligation or compensation.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

- We will maintain the confidentiality of Customer data and comply with applicable data protection laws.

- Customers must protect their login credentials and proprietary information.

- Breaches of confidentiality may result in service termination or legal action.

- Customers acknowledge that while GNB Edge implements security measures, no system is 100% secure, and they accept the inherent risks of data storage and transmission.

- Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect user data.

10. Content and Transferability

- Content created using GNB Edge may not be transferable to other platforms.

- We are not liable for data loss when transferring to another platform.

- Customers are responsible for maintaining their own data backups.

- Upon termination of services, GNB Edge may permanently delete all Customer data, and retrieval will not be guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

- GNB Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data or profit loss.

- Services are provided "as is" without warranties unless explicitly stated.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms or unforeseen events.

- Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

- GNB Edge shall not be held liable for disruptions due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or technical failures beyond our control.

- Customers agree to indemnify and hold GNB Edge harmless from any claims arising from misuse of the Services.

12. Customer Responsibilities

- Customers are responsible for using the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Misuse of the platform, including spamming, unauthorized data collection, or any illegal activities, may result in immediate termination of service.

- Customers must ensure that their end-users comply with these Terms when using services provided by GNB Edge.

- Customers agree not to use GNB Edge for any purpose that is harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent.

- Customers shall not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or tamper with any part of the platform.

13. Service Availability & Support

- GNB Edge strives to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime.

- Scheduled maintenance may occur, and downtime will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

- Technical support is available via designated communication channels during business hours.

- GNB Edge reserves the right to prioritize support requests based on severity and impact.

- We reserve the right to discontinue or modify services at our discretion.

14. Modifications to Terms

- We reserve the right to update these Terms and will communicate changes via our website or email.

- Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

- Customers waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits against GNB Edge.
